Return Policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for for an exchange or a refund (exclusive of shipping and handling charges) within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please be sure to return your item unopened with all the accessories and all packing materials that accompanied it in order to avoid a restocking fee. Important Notices
Please note that the issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee the final disposition of your return. For example, if you have told us of a defect that materially impairs the operation or the appearance of the item you purchased, your claim will be verified via inspection of your return. If inspection proves otherwise, we may, at our discretion, return the item to you or charge a restocking fee.

Buyer Error and Remorse
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the listing carefully and ask any questions prior to ordering. Items returned because they are unwanted or were purchased in error are subject to a restocking fee of not more than 15% of the item price exclusive of shipping and handling. The costs associated with shipping items to and from your location under such a circumstance are your responsibility.

Manufacturer serial numbers are recorded, and the serial number of the item you return to us must be the same as that which you received from us.

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We invite you to ask any questions you might have before you place your order.

Irrespective of of the reason you you request a return, your item must be returned to us in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, documentation, packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and warranty cards (not completed). Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's packaging. In some cases, we may charge you or reduce your credit for the replacement of damaged, altered, or missing contents.

We reserve the right to return items to you, or impose a restocking fee of 15% of your item's value (exclusive of shipping and handling charges) if A) your item is returned to us in a manner that is inconsistent with reason(s) you provided to us for the return, or B) the return does not conform to criteria set forth by this Return Policy.
